Service Description
Brow Shaping + Henna Experience fuller, beautifully shaped brows with our Brow Shaping + Henna service — perfect for creating a natural, long-lasting tint on both the hair and skin. What’s Included: Mini Consultation: We'll begin with a personalized consult to discuss your brow goals, henna shade selection, and shaping preferences. Your Choice of Wax or Thread: Choose your preferred method for gentle, precise hair removal based on your comfort and skin sensitivity. Shaping with Trimming and Tweezing: We’ll expertly shape your brows, finishing with trimming and tweezing for a polished, detailed result. Brow Bath: A gentle cleanse removes oils, makeup, and impurities, preparing your skin for optimal henna adhesion. Brow Mapping + Balancing: Careful mapping and balancing are done to create a shape that flatters your natural features and ensures symmetry. Henna Application: Natural henna is applied to tint both the brow hair and skin underneath, giving a fuller, sculpted, and softly defined look. Aftercare Kit: You'll receive a take-home aftercare kit with a brow shield, spoolie, and care instructions to maintain your beautiful results. Optional 1-Week Touch-Up: This service includes a 1-week free touch-up if needed, which must be booked within 7 days of your original appointment. Touch-ups must be scheduled in person or via message/call — not available for online booking. Longevity: Henna results typically last 1–4 weeks, depending on your skin type, aftercare, and lifestyle.
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling All appointments may be rescheduled once. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the original appointment time. If the appointment is rescheduled more than once, you will have to provide a new deposit. Clients who fail to provide 24-hour notice for rescheduling will not receive their deposit back and will have to book a new appointment. Lates All late arrivals must be immediately reported to our team. Clients may be serviced within a 15-minute grace period from the appointment start time. Outside of these 15 minutes, you will have the option of reducing your services. If there is not enough time for a reduced service, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will not be returned. If the client fails to immediately contact our team about their lateness, it will be considered a no-show, and the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. Cancellations Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance of the original appointment time for the deposit to be added to your balance for future use. Otherwise, your appointment will be considered a no-show and your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Transferring Appointments Clients are welcome to transfer their appointment to a different client, such as a family member or friend, if they cannot attend. This must be for the same service. You must notify our team about the transfer via call or text at least 12 hours in advance. By booking an appointment with WAXD, you agree that you have read our policies and are willing to abide by them. Failure to do so will result in action taken by WAXD as listed above.
