Service Description
Brow Shaping + Stain Define, shape, and enhance your brows with our Brow Shaping + Stain service — designed for longer-lasting, bolder results tailored to your features. What’s Included: Mini Consultation: We'll begin with a quick consult to discuss your brow goals, desired stain shade, and shaping preferences. Your Choice of Wax or Thread: Select your preferred hair removal method based on your skin sensitivity and comfort. Shaping with Trimming and Tweezing: We’ll expertly shape your brows, trimming and tweezing for a polished, symmetrical look. Brow Bath: A gentle cleanse to remove makeup, oils, and impurities for an even and smooth stain application. Brow Mapping + Balancing: Detailed mapping and balancing ensure the stain and shape suit your face and enhance your natural beauty. Stain Application: A high-pigment brow stain is applied to tint both the skin and hair, creating a fuller, more sculpted look. Aftercare Kit: You’ll receive a take-home aftercare kit with a brow shield, spoolie, and easy-to-follow instructions to protect your new brows. Optional 1-Week Touch-Up: This service includes a 1-week free touch-up if needed, available only within 7 days of your original appointment. Touch-ups must be scheduled in person or via message/call — not available for online booking. Longevity: Results typically last 1–3 weeks, depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling All appointments may be rescheduled once. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the original appointment time. If the appointment is rescheduled more than once, you will have to provide a new deposit. Clients who fail to provide 24-hour notice for rescheduling will not receive their deposit back and will have to book a new appointment. Lates All late arrivals must be immediately reported to our team. Clients may be serviced within a 15-minute grace period from the appointment start time. Outside of these 15 minutes, you will have the option of reducing your services. If there is not enough time for a reduced service, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will not be returned. If the client fails to immediately contact our team about their lateness, it will be considered a no-show, and the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. Cancellations Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance of the original appointment time for the deposit to be added to your balance for future use. Otherwise, your appointment will be considered a no-show and your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Transferring Appointments Clients are welcome to transfer their appointment to a different client, such as a family member or friend, if they cannot attend. This must be for the same service. You must notify our team about the transfer via call or text at least 12 hours in advance. By booking an appointment with WAXD, you agree that you have read our policies and are willing to abide by them. Failure to do so will result in action taken by WAXD as listed above.
