Looking for softer, lighter brows? We got you. π Our Brow Lightening service gently lifts the natural colour of your eyebrow hairs to create a softer, brighter, and more customized look. Whether you're matching a new hair colour, achieving a more subtle brow, or preparing for a brow tint, this service is tailored to your goals while prioritizing the health of your brows. Whatβs Included: Mini Consultation β We'll begin with a consultation to discuss your desired brow colour, hair history, and ensure brow lightening is the right service for you. Brow Preparation β Your brows will be gently cleansed to remove makeup, oils, and skincare products for even colour lifting. Custom Lightening Application β A professional lightening formula will be carefully applied and monitored throughout the appointment to achieve your desired level of lift while protecting the integrity of your brow hairs. Finishing Touches β Once your brows have reached the desired shade, we'll remove the product, condition the hairs, and provide aftercare recommendations to keep your brows healthy and hydrated.
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling All appointments may be rescheduled once. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the original appointment time. If the appointment is rescheduled more than once, you will have to provide a new deposit. Clients who fail to provide 24-hour notice for rescheduling will not receive their deposit back and will have to book a new appointment. Lates All late arrivals must be immediately reported to our team. Clients may be serviced within a 15-minute grace period from the appointment start time. Outside of these 15 minutes, you will have the option of reducing your services. If there is not enough time for a reduced service, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will not be returned. If the client fails to immediately contact our team about their lateness, it will be considered a no-show, and the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. Cancellations Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance of the original appointment time for the deposit to be added to your balance for future use. Otherwise, your appointment will be considered a no-show and your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Transferring Appointments Clients are welcome to transfer their appointment to a different client, such as a family member or friend, if they cannot attend. This must be for the same service. You must notify our team about the transfer via call or text at least 12 hours in advance. By booking an appointment with WAXD, you agree that you have read our policies and are willing to abide by them. Failure to do so will result in action taken by WAXD as listed above.
