Keep your volume lashes full, fluffy, and flawless. 💜 Our Volume Lash Refill is designed to refresh your lash set by replacing extensions that have naturally shed during your lash growth cycle. By restoring handmade volume fans, we maintain the soft, full, and luxurious appearance of your original set while keeping your lashes lightweight and comfortable. Perfect for clients with existing Volume Lash Extensions who want to maintain their bold, fluffy, and beautifully full lash look. What’s Included: Mini Consultation – We begin with a quick consultation to assess your lash retention, natural lash health, and desired results. Lash Bath – Your lashes are thoroughly cleansed to remove makeup, oils, and buildup, ensuring the best possible retention. Lash Assessment – We evaluate your natural lashes and remaining extensions, removing any outgrown or loose lashes before your refill. Volume Lash Refill Application – Handmade volume fans are carefully applied to replace shed extensions, restoring fullness, softness, and seamless volume throughout your lash line. Final Perfection Check – Your lashes are separated, checked for proper placement, and gently brushed through to ensure a flawless result. Aftercare Review – We'll review proper lash aftercare and maintenance tips to help maximize retention until your next appointment. Perfect for clients returning within their recommended refill period who want to keep their lashes looking full, fluffy, and effortlessly glamorous. ‼️Please note: We do not accept foreign fills. Requires a minimum of 40% lash retention within 2–3 weeks of your original appointment. Contact our team if you’re unsure whether a refill or full set is needed.
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling All appointments may be rescheduled once. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the original appointment time. If the appointment is rescheduled more than once, you will have to provide a new deposit. Clients who fail to provide 24-hour notice for rescheduling will not receive their deposit back and will have to book a new appointment. Lates All late arrivals must be immediately reported to our team. Clients may be serviced within a 15-minute grace period from the appointment start time. Outside of these 15 minutes, you will have the option of reducing your services. If there is not enough time for a reduced service, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will not be returned. If the client fails to immediately contact our team about their lateness, it will be considered a no-show, and the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. Cancellations Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance of the original appointment time for the deposit to be added to your balance for future use. Otherwise, your appointment will be considered a no-show and your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Transferring Appointments Clients are welcome to transfer their appointment to a different client, such as a family member or friend, if they cannot attend. This must be for the same service. You must notify our team about the transfer via call or text at least 12 hours in advance. By booking an appointment with WAXD, you agree that you have read our policies and are willing to abide by them. Failure to do so will result in action taken by WAXD as listed above.
